The Rules (2019)

The Rules is a self-published book of indeterminate length about my first year of codependent sobriety and the relationship that preceded it. I have 25 copies left and have no plans to print any more of them.

It is called “The Rules” because I wrote it in a fit of determination to set down some rules of engagement for myself in the face of an imminent relapse.

The Rules is a great book to read when you have just left somebody that no one thought you should have been with.

The Rules is a great book to read if you are struggling with the shame of having re-enacted at least once the traumatic abandonment of a child.

The Rules is largely unedited and it shows.
